Dear Zuhal Gaheez,

Subject: Very Large Truck Parked at Your Residence Must Be Removed.

 

According to the Architectural Criteria, large trucks are not permitted to be parked on private lots or public streets in the neighborhood.  Zoning regulation prohibits trucks of over ¾ ton in residential area.  

 

From the Covenants: ARTICLE VII  USE RESTRICTIONS  Section 8.   No vehicles (including trailers or campers) except as may be classified as passenger cars or station wagons, shall be regularly parking in residential areas.

 

Both of these documents were provided to you prior to your closing on the purchase of your residence.  For your convenience, these documents are also available online at www.hiddenridgeonline.com.   As such, the exterior of your property at 273 Silverleaf Court is not being maintained within reasonable community standards.  Photographs are attached showing this large commercial vehicle parked in your driveway. 

 

Please remove the large truck from the neighborhood immediately or the board will take further action and forward a complaint to the county.
