Dear Ms. Pound,

You have had a storage pod in your driveway for an extended period.  Please remove it immediately. 

 

From the Covenants: ARTICLE VII  USE RESTRICTIONS  Section 2.   No building, accessory building or structure, shed, awning, porch or porch covering, garage, trailer, tent, driveway, back fence, hedge, screen, barn walls or other structures shall be allowed, constructed or altered upon any lot or dwelling thereon without the plans and specifications of such having been approved by the Architectural Control Committee as to quality of workmanship, design, colors and materials and harmony of same to the project as a whole

From the Hidden Ridge Architectural Criteria:  Shed: Wood or metal, stained or constructed to match your dwelling and ot blend with the appearance of the surroundings.  Must be in the rear of the backyard only, and not larger than 12 feet by 12 feet, with a height of less than 12 feet.

 

Both of these documents were provided to you prior to your closing on the purchase of your residence.  For your convenience, these documents are also available online at www.hiddenridgeonline.com.   As such, the exterior of your property at 264 Overleaf Drive is not being maintained within reasonable community standards.  Photographs are attached showing this storage pod parked in your driveway.
