Meeting Minutes

11 May 2009

I. Call to order

President Marc Sanders called to order the regular meeting of the Hidden Ridge Homeowner’s Community Association at 7:15 pm on 11 May 2009 at 336 Ternwing Drive, Arnold, MD, which lies within the confines of Hidden Ridge.

II. Roll call

President conducted a roll call. The following members were present:
Jennifer Carberry, Jaime Smilowitz

III. Approval of minutes from last meeting

President read the minutes from the last meeting. The minutes were approved as read.

IV. Open issues

a) Review of overdue Homeowner Dues – 7 past due, 3 more than one year.
- Marc collected from 5 owners, contacted all but two of remaining.
- Homeowner's Dues update: 3 still owe for 2008, 1 still owes for 2007.
Still outstanding:
- 292 Overleaf Ct - Dashiell - contact number disconnected, rental, no one hom e 2/22. need to follow up.
- 295 Overleaf Ct - Miller - not home, left vx mail msg 2/22
- 316 Ternwing - Van Meter - 2 yrs - contacted via phn 2/22 - promised to pay by check in couple weeks

b) Front entrance electric circuit – Seems to be working, will leave well enough alone..

c) 369 Ternwing Drive sold. The McManus family is moving in!

d) 299 Overleaf Drive (Hernandez) is owned by the bank according to MD assessement website, but I have received a dues payment from a closing, listing George Mangos and Sarah Ferguson as new owners.

e) Marc will follow up with Matt Divens later this summer on fence line survey and remediation once Matt and Patricia are both back from Central America (hopefully with their newly adopted daughter).

V. New business

a) Installed new treasurer – Jaime Smilowitz.

b) Bonfire/Hotdog roast, Yard Sale – 16 May. Drinks provided, bring stuff to share, Jen to work up flier.

c) Vic to help with bulk mailing the bills (via his work). Jen to help get the envelopes/letters together.

d) Next Meeting – Monday, 13 July 2009 (skipping June, as I’ll be out of town for most of the month).

VI. Adjournment

President adjourned the meeting at 8:30 pm.
