Meeting Minutes

09 November 2009

I. Call to order

President Marc Sanders called to order the regular meeting of the Hidden Ridge Homeowner’s Community Association at 7:07 pm on 09 November 2009 at 336 Ternwing Drive, Arnold, MD, which lies within the confines of Hidden Ridge.

II. Roll call

President conducted a roll call. The following members were present:
Victor Corgan

III. Approval of minutes from last meeting

President read the minutes from the last meeting. The minutes were approved as read.

IV. Open issues

a) Review of overdue Homeowner Dues – 23 of 144 still outstanding for 2009. Treasurer sent out late notices the first week of October.

b) Marc will follow up with Matt Divens on fence line survey and remediation.

c) Playground equipment: spring toy. Marc to contact Mr. Sames about welding.

d) A neighbor on Overleaf Dr has had a pod in his driveway for more than a year. Victor looked into, provided pics. Marc will do a letter to owner.

e) A large truck has been parking on Overleaf Ct. Victor took pics. Marc will send letter.

f) A request for bids needs to be put out for the park lawn care for 2010. Action: Marc

g) The Ternwing entrance lighting circuit needs fixed. Action: Marc & Victor will get to it this week (11 or 14 Nov).

V. New business

a) 321 Ternwing Dr. issue continues: Rev.Dr.Azhar Khan sent a letter to the HCA. It is posted on www.hiddenridgeonline.com. This address also has a ‘Boycott Mark F. Sanders’ sign in their front yard. (They couldn’t even spell my name correctly.)

b) Halloween Parade – Nancy D. made it happen. Moonbounce arrived. The few that showed up in the rain had a good time.

c) Next Meeting – Monday, 14 December 2009.

President adjourned the meeting at 8:01 pm.
